My career began in the insurance industry about 26 years ago, working with my husband, as insurance agents.
For a period of 3 years I studied for and graduated from the Life Underwriters training course. This gave me great insight into the financial plight of families that do not adequately plan for their future. Subsequently, I studied for my Financial Planning Diploma which enables me to offer a holistic financial plan to my clients.
Over the years, I found that I progressively began specialising in the financial problems experienced by women. It seemed that in many cases women were more inclined to talk to me openly about their financial plans and goals. Being married with 2 children and grandchildren, I value the importance of family and feel that if anything happens to the parents, the children's future will be financially secure as a result of a Personalised Protection Portfolio. |
